NHE welcomes visitors and new members at any time of the year. All monthly meetings are open to anyone who wishes to come. Membership is required to attend fieldtrips and special events (Spelling Bee, Promotion Night, Presidential Physical Fitness, etc.) New members should agree with our statement of faith, operating policy, and code of conduct for both parents and children. In addition, new members must agree to serve the group in a supporting service task.

The best way to learn what NHE is all about is to attend a monthly meeting.  Monthly meetings are to be held on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the Orlando Chinese Evangelical Church on 17-92 near Dog Track road. From 7-9 pm (Formerly Northland Annex)

August 23 - Monthly Meeting A Panel of Homechooling Moms speaks on Life and Schooling at 20, 30, 40,and 50!

September 25th - Monthly Meeting Guest Speaker TBA

October 23rd - History and Geography Fair

November 27th - Monthly Meeting - Talent Night - Mom's share their songs, skits, musical talents and much more during this fun evening.

December - no meeting

      SPRING 2008:

January 22nd - Monthly Meeting - As we start the new year lets keep the Joy in Homeschooling by sharing our tips and enouragements.

Feb 26th - Monthly Meeting Homeschooling different age kids. New rewards, challenges, and changes at every homeschool age and encouragement for the mom who faces them.

March 25th Science Fair

April 22nd - Monthly meeting - Overview of cirriculum and how to choose what is right for you.

May 27th- Monthly Meeting -We have made it through another year. We we will celebrate and share the high points and the stories at what is always the best meeting of the year.

The annual fee for new members is $48, which includes membership to the FPEA.
